Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English with proactive communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR operations experience for a U.S.-based company.
• Experience using monday.com and HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
• Experience creating clear documentation, SOPs, or process materials.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, documentation, and process efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Preferred: Canva or similar tools for training or communication materials.

Aufgaben

• Support HR onboarding and ensure new hires are set up and proficient with the tech stack.
• Assist with HR audits, compliance tracking, and policy acknowledgements.
• Follow up on outstanding compliance items between employees and managers.
• Maintain HR records within Rippling and other systems.
• Support sourcing for open roles, candidate outreach, and interview participation.
• Help manage candidate pipelines and provide status updates to hiring managers.
• Assist with background checks and credential verification.
• Help maintain training curriculum, onboarding materials, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI.
• Maintain workflows within monday.com and other platforms.
