Job summary

Dash BPO in Randburg is seeking a customer service professional to support U.S. healthcare practices by handling inbound patient calls, scheduling, and issue resolution. You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage appointments, chart reviews, and insurance verification.

The role requires exceptional English, 1+ year in customer service, and strong communication with a focus on meeting KPI targets. Evening/weekend shifts may be required, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• English must be exceptional; role supports English-speaking U.S. patients exclusively.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or scheduling.
• Ability to meet KPI goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls within the first 5 seconds and identify needs.
• Create, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore office staff to resolve patient issues.
• Check patient charts for physician feedback and follow-up instructions.
• Register new patients and keep patient records accurate.
• Handle prescription refill requests and keep pharmacy and patient details current.
• Send clear messages to the doctor, office manager, or clinic for anything a provider needs to answer.
• Help patients with the patient portal, including document uploads.
• Verify medical insurance through the PM system.
• Keep an accurate note of every call.
