Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience in community outreach or marketing, preferably remote.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and virtual conferencing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute remote outreach strategies to engage diverse community segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with community leaders, non‑profit organizations, and local government agencies.
• Utilize digital platforms (social media, email, webinars) to promote services and disseminate information.
• Identify community needs and feedback, relaying insights to inform program development.
• Organize and facilitate virtual information sessions and Q&A forums for potential clients and partners.
• Track outreach activities and report on engagement metrics and outcomes.
