Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for a fully remote role. You will lead conversations, onboard and train clients, troubleshoot problems, and own issues from start to resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client conversations and priorities.

The role requires 2+ years in SaaS customer success or related areas, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or a related client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos or trainings.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients at all levels.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients through kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training sessions, and Q&A.
• Serve as a trusted post-launch point of contact for clients.
• Monitor client adoption and flag issues early.
• Respond quickly to blockers or urgent client needs.
• Lead difficult conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Ask diagnostic questions to identify root causes.
• Translate client issues into actionable information for Product, Eng, Operations.
• Track open issues through resolution and prevent leaks.
• Gather client feedback to identify recurring pain points.
• Help improve processes, docs, and client success playbooks.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Manage multiple client conversations and priorities concurrently.
