Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for a high-ownership, client-facing role. You will lead conversations, onboard and train clients, troubleshoot problems, and take ownership from first contact to resolution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering, managing multiple client conversations, ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive issue detection, and strong client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos or trainings.
• Comfort with software platforms and learning new workflows quickly.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and identify root causes.
• Strong communication with clients at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training sessions, and Q&A.
• Be the trusted post-launch contact for clients.
• Monitor adoption and flag potential issues early.
• Respond quickly to blockers and urgent needs.
• Lead difficult client conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Ask diagnostic questions to identify root causes and fix them.
• Translate issues into actionable information for Product/Engineering.
• Track issues through to resolution and prevent gaps.
• Gather client feedback and surface recurring pain points.
• Contribute to process improvement and client success playbooks.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
