Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for a fully remote role. You will lead conversations, onboard and train clients, troubleshoot problems, and own the client experience from issue appearance to resolution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering, and be ready for urgent calls to move situations toward a solution. If you stay calm with frustrated clients, learn software quickly, and communicate clearly, this could be a strong fit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Partner Success, Implementation, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos, walkthroughs, or training sessions.
• Comfortable working inside software platforms and learning new technical workflows quickly.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and distinguish symptoms from root causes.
• Confident in communicating with clients at different levels and remaining calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training, and Q&A.
• Be a trusted point of contact after launch and monitor adoption.
• Identify issues early and intervene to prevent bigger problems.
• Respond quickly when clients are blocked or frustrated.
• Lead difficult client conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues; diagnose root causes.
• Translate issues into actionable input for Product/Engineering/Operations.
• Track issues through resolution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Gather client feedback and identify recurring pain points.
• Support process and documentation improvements and client success playbooks.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Manage multiple client conversations, projects, and priorities.
