Freerecruit in South Africa is seeking a Remote Part-Time Sales Representative to generate new business through cold calling, emailing, and networking. You will build relationships with property managers, facilities managers, retailers, and commercial clients.

This role offers flexible hours with commission-based earnings, remote work, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding company. You will manage the sales pipeline, follow up leads, and meet targets while working independently.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in maintenance services, electrical services, facilities management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facilities managers, retailers, warehouses, and commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities for lighting maintenance contracts and project work.
• Prepare and submit quotations and sales proposals (Minimum of x10 per week).
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
