Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting across multiple locations. The role focuses on QuickBooks Online, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end tasks, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles with bank and card reconciliations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, bank feeds, reporting, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping, COAs, accrual accounting, and expense classification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks Online records and code activity to accounts, entities, locations, or classes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cards, and loan balances; investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile Toast sales to deposits and records, including fees, tips, and deductions.
• Process accounts payable in BILL and QuickBooks Online; verify invoices and approvals.
