Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, preferably with US-based clients.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online required.
• Strong understanding of US bookkeeping principles and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple US-based clients.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Review financial data for accuracy and compliance, supporting month-end processes.
