Job summary

Hunterlodge Advertising, a UK-based full-service agency, is expanding its media team and seeks a Paid Media Executive to manage biddable campaigns from South Africa. You will own implementation, optimisation, and reporting to meet client goals.

The role includes presenting results to clients, leveraging Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, with analytics tools and GTM. This remote position offers CPD opportunities, a profit-share bonus scheme, and a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytics, reporting and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimise Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns.
• Oversee ad operations, monitoring and reporting.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to clients.
• Generate data-driven reports to support strategic decisions.
• Drive testing and optimisation to improve ROI.
