This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality engagement.

Qualificações

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to write clearly and personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
