Job summary

OPEN Health is seeking an Outbound Growth Coordinator/Associate Manager to drive campaign operations and highly personalized outreach across global congress opportunities. You will manage target lists, enrich data, and ensure clean records in Salesforce and Apollo while coordinating with senior leaders on account priorities and outreach hooks.

You will execute multi-channel outreach, tailor messaging to buyer personas, and support pipeline creation through structured follow-up and accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hands-on experience with outbound campaign execution, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience managing a CRM with data enrichment, deduplication, and data quality processes.
• Experience building and launching personalized outbound campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities

• Congress campaign execution: build, configure, and launch multi-channel outreach to secure qualified meetings.
• Campaign build and personalization at scale using merge fields and tokens in sequencing tools.
• Meeting hand-off and stakeholder partnership: prep briefs and refine outreach messaging for senior leaders.
• Post-congress follow-up: conduct timely outreach to convert conversations into meetings and opportunities.
• CRM management and pipeline tracking: maintain data quality, lead creation, and reporting in Salesforce and Apollo.
