Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and crafting personalized sequences to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
