Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and financial objectives.
• Lead globally distributed operational teams, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
• Implement and optimize processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
