Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, including remote or distributed environments.
• Track record in developing and implementing large-scale operational strategies.

• Financial management, budgeting, and resource optimization expertise.
• Proficiency with technology and tools to manage remote operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee implementation of comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the long-term vision.
• Lead a geographically dispersed operations team, building a high-performance culture.
