Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify performance trends and inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to interpret data and implement strategic changes.
• Assist in developing operational models and forecasts.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
