Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Programme Facilitator in Adult Education to design, deliver, and facilitate engaging online programs for adult learners. This fully remote role supports learners across the country, leveraging LMS and digital tools to create interactive learning experiences.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in education or related field, 3+ years in online adult education, and strong remote-facilitation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education or training, with a focus on online delivery.
Proven experience designing and facilitating virtual learning environments.
Strong technical skills with LMS platforms and virtual conferencing tools.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote interaction.

Responsibilities
