Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in production engineering, offshore Oil & Gas.
• Experience analyzing production data and optimizing strategies.
• Proficient with production monitoring software and industry tools.
• Experience with artificial lift methods (ESPs, gas lift, rod pumps).
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor offshore production operations in real time using remote systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimize flow rates.
• Develop and implement production optimization strategies, including artificial lift.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Provide technical support to offshore personnel.
• Collaborate with drilling, reservoir, and facilities engineers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and safety.
• Participate in safety reviews and incident investigations.
