Placements24 is seeking a Remote NLP Engineer to join a global leader in conversational AI. Develop, refine, and deploy NLP models for classification, NER, QA, and sentiment analysis; build end-to-end pipelines; work with large text and speech datasets.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers in a fully remote, international team. A strong background in NLP, ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), Python, and LLMs is essential; remote work experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS, Linguistics, AI or related field with NLP focus
• Proven experience developing and deploying NLP models and applications
• Strong Python and NLP libraries experience (NLTK, spaCy, transformers)
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with large language models and NLP preprocessing
• Excellent problem-solving and remote-work ability

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, NER, and QA
• Build and maintain robust NLP pipelines for data processing, feature extraction, and model evaluation
• Train and fine-tune models on large text and speech datasets
• Integrate NLP models into production systems and applications
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver NLP features
• Stay updated with research trends in NLP and deep learning
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
