Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Network Installation Specialist to join our distributed team. In this fully remote role, you will guide installations and provide expert remote support for network infrastructure across multiple locations.

You will work with on-site teams via video, phone, and remote access tools to troubleshoot issues, document configurations, and ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficiency with remote access tools and network monitoring software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
