Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage lending or related sales.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and build a client base through networking and marketing.
• Interview borrowers to assess their financial situation and determine suitable mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process from submission to closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations and product offerings.
• Develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and referral sources.
