Placements24 is seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Rustenburg team. You will guide clients through the loan process, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable mortgage solutions while building lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.

The role requires proven sales experience in financial services, strong product and regulatory knowledge (NCA, FAIS), and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar sales role within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NCA, FAIS).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry) or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.
