You will oversee plant performance, safety, efficiency, and productivity, collaborating with on-site managers, metallurgists, and maintenance teams to optimize operations and troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Mining Engineering.
• Experience leading mineral processing operations and teams.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making, with remote management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all mineral processing plant operations.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant processing.
