Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts, building contact lists, and booking discovery calls with qualified decision makers.

This remote role lets you work from anywhere in South Africa. You should bring 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce

Qualifications

B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers with quota are welcome.
2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
