Qualifications

Proven experience as a Menu Developer, Chef, or Culinary Innovator with a strong portfolio.
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food science, and global cuisines.
Excellent understanding of food costing, sourcing, and inventory management principles.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify and capitalize on market trends.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
