You will develop innovative menu options, ensure nutritional compliance, and collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams to balance quality and cost across multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in menu planning or related role in the food service or catering industry.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free).
• Excellent research skills to stay updated on trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects, meeting deadlines.
