Placements24 is seeking a creative Remote Catering Menu Developer to design innovative menus for a diverse client base from a fully remote setup. You will apply culinary expertise and trend insights to create market-ready offerings that meet dietary needs and cost targets.

Collaborate with sales and operations to test, cost, and refine items, and produce detailed menu descriptions, specifications, and plating guidelines for flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years as a Menu Developer, Chef or Culinary Creator.
• Knowledge of global cuisines and culinary techniques.
• Understanding of dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies).
• Ability to cost menus accurately and optimize sourcing.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills using digital tools.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities
