ICE Group invites applications for a Membership Development Officer covering Northwest and North England. Based at home with travel across the North, you will support, advise and train potential and current members, promoting Civil Engineering qualifications and membership routes.

You should have a degree or equivalent, with civil engineering or related experience, plus strong communication, MS Office and Teams skills.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience in civil engineering, customer service, or learning and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance and training to potential and current members.
• Promote Civil Engineering qualifications and membership routes.
• Engage with HE/FE providers and employers to grow membership.
