Placements24 is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the Kimberley region for a leading medical devices company. You will promote a broad range of products to hospitals, clinics, and private practices, and build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

The role offers remote work flexibility and requires a proven sales record, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel within the territory to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably medical devices or pharma.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong healthcare market understanding and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and remotely with strong time management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel territory.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics and private practices.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet territory objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within healthcare.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
