Placements24 is seeking a Sales Director to lead FMCG sales in Kimberley and the Northern Cape. This role requires a visionary leader who can build high-performing teams, craft innovative sales strategies, and drive revenue targets across retailers and distributors in the region.

You will travel frequently to client sites and head office, collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations, and provide accurate forecasts and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, FMCG preferred.
• Proven success achieving/surpassing sales targets.
• Experience managing and developing large sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sales channel management and distribution networks.
• Willingness to travel regionally and relocate near Kimberley.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in FMCG portfolio.
