Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join a fully remote team. You will collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.

The role collaborates with the marketing team to measure effectiveness, forecast outcomes, and transform raw data into business intelligence. The ideal candidate has proven experience in marketing analytics, strong Excel/SQL skills, and expertise with visualization tools

Qualifications

Proven experience as Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including digital platforms, CRM, and surveys.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing metrics and performance trends.
Identify patterns, insights, and opportunities within the data to inform marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
Perform A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Forecast marketing outcomes and track progress against KPIs.
