Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analysis using statistical methods to monitor process performance and product quality.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to implement process changes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for remote and on-site personnel.
• Troubleshoot production issues remotely, providing expert guidance to resolve challenges and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering , with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab), and data visualization platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
