Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for a fully remote role with a leading non-profit focused on sustainable development. You will design, implement, and manage the M&E framework across projects, ensuring accountability and evidence-based decision making.

You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess performance, impact, and learning, providing insights to program teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years designing and implementing M&E frameworks in development projects.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
• Excellent report writing and communication abilities.
• Experience with remote data collection and virtual teams.
• Knowledge of international development programming best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement M&E plans and tools.
• Oversee collection, management, and analysis of project data.
• Conduct regular M&E activities including surveys and remote field visits.
• Prepare high-quality M&E reports with findings and recommendations.
• Provide M&E training and support to staff and partners.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
