Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Luxury Travel Consultant to design, curate, and book exclusive itineraries for a discerning global clientele. This role demands expertise in luxury destinations, accommodations, and experiences, along with exceptional communication and meticulous attention to detail.

You will work independently in a fully remote environment, managing client relationships and complex travel arrangements from start to finish, while staying current on luxury travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury travel consulting or high‑end tour operating.
• Demonstrated ability to design and book complex international itineraries.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury destinations, resorts, and unique travel experiences globally.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems (GDS, proprietary systems) and CRM software.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize bespoke luxury travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Source high‑end accommodations, exclusive tours, private transfers, and unique experiences worldwide.
• Manage the entire booking process (flights, hotels, activities, visas).
• Provide expert advice on destinations, culture, and travel logistics.
• Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after travel.
• Collaborate with global luxury travel partners and suppliers.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay updated on luxury travel trends and innovations.
• Utilize specialized travel software and booking platforms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals in this remote role.
