Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in luxury travel consulting or related high-end hospitality.
• Ability to design and sell multi-destination luxury itineraries.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations and luxury suppliers.
• Bilingual or superb communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate exclusive, tailor-made luxury travel itineraries for international and domestic destinations.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences, budget, and travel objectives, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Source and book premium flights, luxury accommodations, private transfers, bespoke tours, and exclusive experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, luxury product offerings, and visa/entry requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Manage client bookings, payments, and pre-travel documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with a network of luxury travel partners and suppliers to secure upgrades for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury travel consulting, itinerary planning, or a related high-end hospitality role.
• Proven ability to design and sell complex, multi-destination luxury itineraries.
• Exceptional knowledge of global destinations, luxury hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and luxury travel booking platforms.
• Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
