Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field would be advantageous.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury lodge, hotel or safari environment.
- Previous experience in a luxury safari lodge is highly advantageous.
- Strong operational knowledge of Front Office, Guest Relations and Food & Beverage.
- Experience managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Previous experience working in a remote lodge environment would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with lodge/property management systems would be advantageous.
- Valid driver's licence is advantageous.

- South African citizenship or valid legal working rights in South Africa may be required.

Reports To: Lodge Manager / General Manager
Supervises: Lodge operational staff and departmental teams as delegated by management.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, experienced hospitality professional with luxury lodge or safari experience, strong guest relations skills and the ability to lead a team confidently. They should be comfortable taking responsibility for daily operations, resolving guest concerns and stepping in wherever required to ensure the lodge operates efficiently and guests receive an exceptional experience.
