Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel.
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email).
• Strong experience with website analytics and CRO.
• Experience managing online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Proficient with CMS and e-commerce platforms; excellent analytical and project management skills.

• Develop and implement a strategic digital marketing plan to boost brand awareness, website traffic, and direct bookings.
• Optimize the hotel website for seamless UX and high booking conversion rates.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns, budgets, targeting, and performance analysis.

• Manage social media presence and content, driving engagement and growth.
