Job summary

Placements24's client seeks a highly analytical and self-motivated Remote Logistics Analyst to join their team, working remotely from anywhere. You will analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

You will build reports and dashboards, model scenarios to forecast demand, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or similar.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs for logistics operations.
• Research and recommend solutions to improve transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement process improvements.
• Model different supply chain scenarios to forecast demand and optimize resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Logistics & Warehousing.
