Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of logistics coordination experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate remote operations and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with logistics software (TMS/WMS) and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes including shipment planning, tracking and delivery.
• Act as primary contact for clients, carriers and internal teams; provide updates.
• Utilize logistics software to manage shipments and generate reports.
• Optimize routes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain records of manifests, delivery confirmations and inventory levels.
• Identify and mitigate risks and disruptions in the supply chain.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to meet client requirements.
• Process shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and improvements.
• Proactively communicate shipment status to stakeholders.
