Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote teams and clients.
• Proficiency in logistics software, route optimization tools, and standard office suites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities handling virtual operations.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of daily logistics operations, including dispatch, route planning, and delivery schedules, entirely online.
• Communicate with remote drivers, providing clear instructions and updates to ensure adherence to schedules and policies.
• Use logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments, identify delays, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery confirmations for reporting and analysis.
• Address and resolve logistical issues or customer inquiries via digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize routes and reduce delivery times and costs.
