Qualifications

• Diploma or Paralegal certificate; equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting litigation.
• Proficient with legal research tools.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Organize and maintain case files, including electronic discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of case law and statutes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and subpoenas under attorney supervision.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel for updates.
• Schedule depositions and meetings; manage attorney calendars.
