You will conduct virtual consultations, qualify leads, research market trends, prepare listings, review contracts, and coordinate with brokers, lenders, and managers.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Real Estate License, demonstrates strong market knowledge, customer service, and proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and online listing platforms

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and transaction processes.
• Proven sales and customer acquisition skills with ethical closing.
• Excellent remote communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with residential real estate and community partnerships beneficial.
