Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
• Solid knowledge of South African legal frameworks and regulations.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience using virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on emerging legal issues.
