Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our remote-first property management team servicing residential and commercial spaces in South Africa. You will market vacancies, conduct virtual tours, screen applicants, and finalize lease agreements while delivering exceptional client experiences.

In this remote role, you will use CRM tools and video conferencing to communicate with tenants, property managers, and applicants.

Qualifications

Sales, customer service, or leasing experience required.

Responsibilities

Market available rental properties across online platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
Schedule and conduct virtual property tours.
Screen tenants by verifying references, credit history, and income.
Prepare and present lease agreements with clearly understood terms.
Negotiate lease terms within company guidelines.
Maintain records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and property availability.
Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to prepare properties.
Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor offerings.
Assist with resident retention initiatives and lease renewals.
