Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of engaging VR/AR experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end content creation pipeline across platforms (e.g., Oculus, SteamVR, mobile AR).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
• Develop interaction models, user flows, and spatial designs for immersive environments.
• Manage and mentor a remote team of VR/AR developers, artists, and designers.
• Ensure technical feasibility and performance optimization of VR/AR applications.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, hardware advancements, and best practices in VR/AR development.
• Drive innovation in immersive storytelling and interactive design.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
