Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in HCI, psychology, sociology, anthropology, or related field.
• 7+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience leading research projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive user research strategy across multiple product lines.
• Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate findings into product development.
• Mentor junior UX researchers and promote best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in remote settings.
