Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of progressive telecommunications architecture and design experience.
• Proven track record architecting large-scale, complex telecom systems (RAN, Core Network, IMS, OSS/BSS).
• Deep understanding of mobile network technologies (4G/LTE, 5G NR), IP networking, and cloud technologies (NFV/SDN).
• Experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of telecommunications solutions across mobile, fixed-line, and enterprise services.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps for future telecom technologies including 5G, IoT, and cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs.
• Oversee development lifecycle ensuring adherence to architectural principles and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and engineering teams.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies into the architecture.
• Develop proofs-of-concept to validate architectural approaches.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective.
• Represent the company's technical vision in client discussions and industry forums.
