Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or closely related field.

• Expertise in finite element analysis (FEA) software and advanced structural modeling tools.
• Deep knowledge of seismic design, steel and concrete structures, and facade engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of diverse building projects, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions using advanced analysis and modeling software.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and design teams remotely, providing technical guidance and support.
• Conduct peer reviews of structural designs and calculations prepared by other team members.
• Collaborate with remote project teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and construction managers, via digital platforms.
