Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is essential.
• 12+ years of structural engineering experience with 5+ years in lead/senior design roles.
• Experience designing steel, concrete, and composite structures.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE and BIM (Revit Structure).
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SANS and international building codes.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is essential.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior design role.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design of steel, concrete, and composite structures.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) and BIM technologies (e.g., Revit Structure).
• In-depth knowledge of South African National Standards (SANS) and international building codes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in a remote work setting or managing distributed teams is highly desirable.
