Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with significant leadership of large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in design of steel, concrete and composite structures for major industrial or commercial developments.
• Expert proficiency in advanced structural analysis software and BIM technologies.
• Deep understanding of seismic design, wind engineering and dynamic analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and remote team management skills.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills, even in remote contexts.

Aufgaben

• Lead the structural design and analysis of large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of structural engineers.
• Develop and review innovative structural designs using advanced analysis techniques and software.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards and regulations including international best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers and construction teams across locations.
• Oversee preparation of detailed structural drawings, specifications and reports.
• Manage project risks, quality assurance and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Conduct peer reviews and technical audits of designs and calculations.
• Represent the company in technical discussions and client meetings, often remotely.
• Stay at the forefront of structural engineering advancements, promoting innovation.
